Settlement Milestone Achieved at Abbeywood Green

Chapter Two is pleased to announce the completion of Abbeywood Green, with settlements now finalised for all 37 homesites within the boutique residential community at Taigum.

Supported by the Queensland Government's Infill Infrastructure Development Fund, Abbeywood Green contributes to the delivery of much-needed housing in Brisbane's northern corridor while demonstrating the value of well-planned infill development within established suburbs.

The project sold out prior to completion, reflecting strong demand from homebuyers seeking quality land opportunities in Brisbane's north.

Delivered in partnership with Metricon, Abbeywood Green has been thoughtfully masterplanned as a Metricon Neighbourhood, with a carefully curated selection of home designs creating a cohesive streetscape and strong sense of place.

Alongside the 37 residential homesites, the project has delivered 6,465 square metres of dedicated greenspace and parkland, preserving mature trees and creating a lasting community asset for both residents and the surrounding neighbourhood.

Chapter Two Co-founder Oliver Bagheri said the completion of Abbeywood Green marked another important milestone for the business.

"Abbeywood Green demonstrates what's possible when thoughtful planning, strong partnerships and government support come together to deliver quality housing outcomes in established communities.

"We're incredibly grateful to our purchasers for placing their trust in us, and we'd also like to thank Metricon, our project team, consultants, contractors and delivery partners for helping bring the vision for Abbeywood Green to life.

"It's always rewarding to reach settlement, but the most exciting part is still to come. We look forward to seeing construction commence and watching Abbeywood Green evolve into a thriving new neighbourhood over the coming years."

The first homes are expected to commence construction in the coming weeks.
